Who we are

KDP Rank Fuel is a product of Vappingo. Our website is rankfuel.vappingo.com and you can contact us at support@vappingo.com.

What data we collect and why

Account data — When you create an account we collect your email address. This is used to log you in, send you transactional emails (welcome email, email confirmations), and send you occasional product updates. We store this in Supabase, a secure cloud database.

Usage data — When you use the tools we record which tools you opened and analyses you ran. This is used to improve the product and is never shared with third parties. It is stored against your account ID, not your email address.

Payment data — If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Lead magnet signups — If you sign up to receive our free guide (The KDP Fix), we collect your email address and optionally your first name. This is used to send you the guide and a short follow-up email sequence about KDP publishing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cookies — We use the following cookies:

• Authentication cookies — set by Supabase to keep you logged in. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform. These are only set if you accept cookies.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For users in the UK and European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract — processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — sending you relevant emails about the product and KDP publishing
• Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, which you can accept or decline

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following services that are necessary to run the product:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Meta — advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies (facebook.com/privacy/policy)
• DataForSEO / Rainforest API — third-party Amazon data providers. Queries you make (e.g. ASINs, keywords) are sent to these services to retrieve results. No personal data is shared.

How long we keep your data

• Account data — for as long as your account is active
• Usage data — 12 months rolling
• Lead magnet signups — until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only a suppression record to prevent re-contacting you

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent for cookies at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email support@vappingo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

To delete your account and all associated data, you can use the account deletion option in your profile settings, or email us directly.

Data transfers

Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs it is covered by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
