KDP Rank Fuel is operated by Moo Media Ltd (also trading as Vappingo), a company registered in England and Wales and in business since 2009. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Moo Media Ltd. KDP Rank Fuel is a software-as-a-service tool that helps Amazon KDP authors research niches, build listings, track rankings, and manage advertising. The tools use real Amazon market data, automatically generated content, and keyword intelligence to assist publishers.
KDP Rank Fuel is a tool, not a guarantee. Results depend on how you use the outputs, your market, your book, and factors outside our control. We make no warranty that using the service will result in sales, rankings, or income.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your credits.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, reselling outputs, or using the tools in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure.
Credits. Some features require credits. Free accounts receive 3 credits on signup. Additional credits are available through paid plans or one-off purchases.
Recurring billing. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the then-current plan fee each month on a recurring basis until you cancel. The price and billing frequency are shown to you before you confirm payment.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at support@vappingo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again after you cancel.
Monthly credits. Credits included with a monthly subscription are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits from one month are not carried into the next.
Refunds. Subscription fees and purchased credits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law, and credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have as a consumer.
Price changes. We may change plan prices or credit pricing. We will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be paused or limited until payment is completed.
Billing questions. If you have any question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@vappingo.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Several tools in KDP Rank Fuel use automated systems to generate listing copy, keyword suggestions, ad campaigns, and other content. You should review all generated outputs before using them. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that do not meet Amazon's content guidelines.
You own the content you generate using the tools. We do not claim any rights over your outputs.
You must not use the tools to generate content that violates Amazon's policies, infringes third-party rights, or is misleading, harmful, or illegal.
KDP Rank Fuel uses third-party data providers to retrieve Amazon market data. This data is provided for informational purposes. We cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Amazon search data changes frequently and results may not reflect real-time conditions.

The KDP Rank Fuel platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by Moo Media Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Content you create using the tools is yours. We retain no rights to it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moo Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost rankings, or account issues with Amazon.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
